Opportunity for registration fee waiver for qualifying student/ postdocs:
What:
Students and post-docs who are members of ISMRM Indian Chapter and who do not have contingency support, project funds, or any other fund support, may apply for registration-fee waiver through their supervisor.
How:
This waiver-request must be in the form of a formal letter from the supervisor stating the lack of the above-mentioned fund support for the specific student.
A template for the letter has been provided here. The letter needs to be sent to ismrm.indiachapter2025@bme.iith.ac.in, with a copy to drjaladhar.n@bme.iith.ac.in and abpatel@csirccmb.org.
Please note that the students/postdocs applying for fee waiver should still register for the conference on the website, with/without accommodation, as needed. The confirmation of the registration should accompany the waiver-request email from the supervisor.
